LIFD Women In Fluids Network Panel

The Leeds Institute for Fluid Dynamics are looking to engage with women working in Fluid Dynamics at the University of Leeds, with the longer term aim of contacting women working nationally in Fluid Dynamics to encourage discussions and actions around improving diversity in the Fluid Dynamics sector.

 To kick this off, we are hosting an LIFD women-in-fluids panel discussion and social lunch.

 The panel consists of Sepideh Khodaparast (FEPS), Sandra Piazolo (SEE), Malenka Bissell (Medicine), Anna Guseva (Maths), and Danielle Bullamore (FEPS), and will be chaired by Vania Dimitrova; the EDI lead for FEPS. Speakers will share their career paths to date and then we will open the floor to questions and discussion. The LIFD will cater for a social lunch after the panel discussion.
